Lisa is 16. She loves experiments whether it is piercing her ears or dying her hair pink. She loves reading, makeup, and walking with friends. She dreams of becoming a massage therapist-physiotherapist who will rehabilitate soldiers after serious injuries. She is very strong and she never gives up. She also loves technology and would love to travel.

Lydia is 9 years old. She is cheerful, active and gentle. She loves hugs, singing songs and dancing. She hates sleeping and believes that sleep is for weaklings! She dreams of trying all different exotic fruits and getting a Baby Born, My Real Baby Doll.

Miriam is 5 years old. When she came into care she was afraid to even be touched. Now she is a tender hearted young girl who loves hugs and communicates in 3 languages. She loves to run, jump and all kinds of ride on toys. She dreams of one day taking a trip to Denmark.

Naomi is 16 years old. An independent, adult, wonderful and ambitious girl with a great sense of humor. She is very much a leader. Naomi loves to combine chips and ice cream, help children, dress stylishly and spend time with friends. She dreams of becoming an English teacher and has already applied to college this year. She also dreams of traveling and a never ending summer.

Natalie is 13 years old. An ambitious girl with clearly developed leadership qualities and a motherly heart. She loves little children and being in charge. She wants to be a teacher or a nanny. She loves to sing and draw, and to create beautiful postcards with her own hands.

Sam is 10 years old. He has gone through a hard adjustment but he is beginning to adapt. He is very affectionate and busy. He loves to build Lego’s and he loves ALL cars. Sam loves to build houses with the Legos and dreams of having his own tree house one day.

Scarlett is 15 and is a very quite young girl. She gets along with everyone and loves to help. She is persistent and working hard to overcome dyslexia in several languages. She loves small children, ice cream, white chocolate, stylish clothes, jewelry and photography. She dreams of becoming a kindergarten teacher and photographer. In her free time she takes photos.

Stacy is 12 years old. A girl with a wonderful sense of humor and a firm sense of her goals. She loves extreme sports, sports, and spending time actively. She plays tennis and loves to experiment with her appearance.

Stephen is 10 years old and he has autism. He is extremely kind hearted and loves flags and countries of the world. He is fascinated by the history of the Titanic and many other ships.
